The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation is supporting Digicel, one of the telecommunications provider's in Haiti with their mobile financial service. With banks having limited branches across the country, there is a mobile banking service called Tcho Tcho being launched that helps to remedy this situation. This article is very pleasing to the eye on this day the anniversary of the January 12, 2010 earthquake, Haiti is a country in need and it's a pleasure to see Digicel being supported by such a symbol for philanthropy like the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation.
